Journey into Deep Relaxation allowed me to relax. I have listened to different tapes and CDs and was surprised with how Doreen "allows" you to change your imagery to something that would apply to you. Others I have heard say you "must" let go of everything and to think about only what they are saying. Doreen reminds you that it is OK if you cannot forget everything going through your mind and that what you are thinking about will still allow you to be relaxed by letting your subconscious follow what she is saying. It actually does allow me to relax without the guilt of not being able to follow all that she is saying.
