Benzodiazepine Withdrawal - Videos showing the horrible withdrawals of benzodiazepines

What I am about to show is may be very disturbing to you as it was for me. I have been running this website since 1997 and honestly had no idea the severity of benzodiazepine withdrawal. Not only did I experience it myself but I have posted several videos below that I hope will make those of you considering taking a benzodiazepine to stop and think before you do. When you go to your Doctor or a Psychiatrist they do not tell you what can happen if you decide you want to stop taking Benzos. So that is where I step in and let you know what can happen. It can be sheer torture. A panic attack is nothing compared to the misery of detoxing from a benzodiazepine.

First I am going to give you a list of the most common benzos so you can see if it is something your Doctor has mentioned or if you are already taking them.

If you are not taking any of these medications, please DO NOT START! If you decide to stop taking them the following videos will show you what you could expect. Never! just stop taking them as it could cost you your life. Stopping this class of medications quickly can cause a wide array of symptoms including seizures, tachycardia, heart attacks and death.
