RSS Feeds anxiety  Info on RSS Feeds

What is an RSS Feed?

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication." Think of RSS this way: Whenever a writer who belongs to a syndicate writes a column, they don't just write it for their local paper, every article goes up on the newswire and any paper who belongs to the syndicate can reprint it.

If you would like current anxiety news and articles delivered to your desktop follow the steps below.

First option, you would have to download an RSS Reader, a program that combines all the news online in one place. You can Download a RSS reader for free . Once you've downloaded the reader, you can Place the mouse arrow on the following image and click the right mouse button, then choose "Copy Shortcut". Start RssReader and go to add(+) channel/feed and then paste (click right mouse button) the url and press ok.  When new articles are added you will be notified automatically.

Another option to receive current articles and information is to add our RSS feeds to your Google Reader You can click on the Add to Google button for more information.

If you prefer Yahoo we offer is to add our RSS feed to your Yahoo homepage.  Every time we add a new article it will automatically be added to your page.  You can click on the Add to My Yahoo! for more information.

The last option we offer at this time is to add our RSS feeds to your MSN homepage.  You can click on the following graphic Add to My MSN to automatically add the News and Info to your homepage.

Check back periodically as we will be adding new feed options.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
